McEwen Northside is the only development in suburban Nashville that offers fully integrated office, retail, residential and green spaces for a connected, walkable, urban experience. The unique 45-acre mixed-use environment will include approximately 745,000 square feet of Class A office space, 113,000 square feet of restaurants and specialty retail, a 310-room business-class hotel, 770 luxury apartments, and upwards of 10 acres of beautifully designed green spaces to seamlessly connect the community.

Certain architectural elements, community facilities and amenities described herein are in the planning stages, and some are not yet in development and are subject to change. The community plan depicted herein is conceptual. Parts of the community plan have been filed with the City of Franklin.
