In addition to the construction of the infrastructure, which is well underway, Boyle Investment Company, in partnership with Northwood Ravin, has begun construction on the first phase of vertical construction of the 45-acre McEwen Northside project in Cool Springs. This phase includes a Class A mixed-use office/retail building, unique restaurants, and luxury multi-family all organized around Central Park, a truly unique tree-lined interactive open space. Phase One to be completed in Spring 2020.
